Alcatel Micro Machining Systems (AMMS) is a subsidiary of Alcatel Vacuum Technology France located in Annecy, France. AMMS was specialized in designing, manufacturing, marketing and servicing DRIE plasma etching systems as well as LTPECVD equipments for the fabrication of MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) and 3D Semiconductor devices.

In September 2008, Tegal Corporation, a US based company, has acquired the Equipment Business of AMMS.

As part of our agreement with Tegal Corporation, we, AMMS, and our worldwide service network and partners, continue to offer service to our installed base of customers.
